Ina Rifai - Biography
Her story, gifts, and aspirations
Ina Rifai, a loving mother and wife, originated from Bogor, Indonesia. Born into a lineage of traditional spiritual healers of many generations, she was initiated into her family healing lineage since childhood, and her gifts flourishes as time goes. With humbleness and sincerity, her special gifts finds itself to have guided and supported others with their own healing & spiritual journey.
Since 2020, Ina has been sharing her gifts across the world - Mexico, United States, Spain, and Indonesia. What makes her gifts impactful is her unique ability to see and communicate with the spirit world. This deep connection allows her to tap into a person’s essence - pain, traumas, and other low-vibration energy that may be blocking their path in life. Through intuitive touch and sharing what she sees (similar to psychotherapy in the west), she helps release and restore their energetic flow.
What makes others truly resonate with Ina and her work is not only because of her gifts, but also the wisdom she carries as an individual - shaped by her own struggles and pain in life. She grew up in a low-income household with seven younger siblings, endured deep grief of loved ones, and navigated through financial hardship while being a single-parent. Her journey, marked by hardship and healing, reflects challenges many know but rarely speak of - but it led her to a path of being in service and becoming an inspirational figure for many.
As Ina often remind others:
“Life is temporary, so enjoy what you do because we never know how long we live. We are here to create memories, and in whatever we do, we do it from the heart. Apapun yang kita tabur, akan kita tuai, karena itulah hukum alam.
With the little gifts I have, it may not for change or fix anyone, but it is to inspire them.”

Experiences - years of being in service
Since 2020, she has hosted and co-hosted over 500 private sessions, 10 retreats, and countless integration sessions across Mexico, the United States, Spain, and Indonesia.
Driven by her vision and aspirations, she co-created a team of spiritual healers from diverse backgrounds. With her guidance and the team’s support, they have facilitated five- to seven-day retreats across the Americas, hosting three to five retreats annually.
While her visits to Indonesia were initially only to reconnect with family, she now feels a sincere calling to explore the possibility of sharing her gifts here. She believes in giving back to her homeland and is open to seeing whether her work resonates with and aligns with the local community.

She offers a range of services, including group sessions, retreats, and private sessions—where her work truly shines.
n her private sessions, Ina connects clients with their spiritual guides and remove disturbing energies (emotional blockages, entities), often rooted in past traumas that may not be consciously recognized. With her ability to communicate with the spirit world, she acts as a bridge—revealing the true underlying issues and helping clients form clear intentions for their healing journey.
Many past clients have shared that Ina’s work has brought meaningful shifts in their lives, offering valuable guidance in navigating grief, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Ina believes that healing begins with being deeply witnessed—not treated like a problem to be fixed, but truly felt and acknowledged.
Her philosophy is rooted in self-compassion, spiritual connection with our ancestors and the spirits of the land, and honoring the unique timing of each soul’s unfolding. She meets each client exactly where they are, gently uncovering energetic blockages, guiding them to release energies that no longer serve them, and helping to carve a path forward—one filled with inspiration and lightness.
She often reminds her clients:
